◆ Project Overview
1. Project Name: Haday B2B B2C Integrated Warehouse Service Project in Thailand
2. Service Period: From November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2027
3. Scope of Services:
Provide warehousing facilities and comprehensive in-warehouse operations in Thailand. Services include receiving, putaway, picking, inspection, packing, assembly, returns, unpacking, and other value-added services.
4. Warehouse Location: Proposed by the logistics company, provided that it meets our company's basic equipment and facility standards.
5. Main Products: Haday seasonings
◆资质要求
1、合法注册：在泰国合法注册的企业（提供DBD注册证、税务登记证）或具备泰国分支机构的中国企业，****点击查看公司授权。
2、注册资本：不低于200万元人民币（或等值泰铢），且相关行业仓储经验不低于两年。
3、有固定的办公场地与项目对接团队，且能提供优良的服务。
4、能按照泰国法律规定开具10%增值税发票，合同、开票、结算主体一致。
◆ Qualification Requirements
1. Legal Registration: Must be legally registered in Thailand with a valid DBD registration certificate and tax registration certificate. Chinese companies with a branch in Thailand require head office authorization.
2. Registered Capital Experience: Registered capital of no less than RMB 2 million (or equivalent in Thai Baht), along with at least two years of warehousing experience in the relevant industry.
3. Facilities Team: A fixed office space and a dedicated project coordination team are required to ensure excellent service.
4. Tax Compliance: The ability to issue 10% VAT invoices in accordance with Thai law, with the contract, invoicing, and settlement parties remaining consistent.
