2027年度美的国际供应链能力中心西班牙Teka物流专项招标公告

1. 项目标的 / Project Scope

本次招标为美的西班牙Teka物流专项服务项目，招标范围涵盖以下三大业务类型：

This tender is for Midea Spain Teka logistics project, covering the following three business types:

（1）本地陆运 / Local Land Transportation

西班牙境内卡车运输，主要为桑坦德（Santander）、萨拉戈萨（Zaragoza）工厂至Alcala仓库的定点运输。

Domestic truck transportation within Spain, primarily fixed-route transport from Santander and Zaragoza factories to Alcala warehouse.

（2）跨境陆运 / Cross-border Road Transportation

西班牙至欧盟其他国家的跨境卡车/铁路运输服务，含欧盟跨境清关协调。

Cross-border truck/rail transport from Spain to other EU countries, including EU cross-border customs coordination.

（3）跨境海运 / Cross-border Ocean Freight

西班牙**（桑坦德/瓦伦西亚等）至东南亚、拉丁美洲、中东、非欧盟欧洲国家等远洋目的国的海运订舱、港前拖车、出口报关一体化服务。

Ocean booking, pre-carriage and export customs declaration integrated services from Spanish ports (Santander/Valencia, etc.) to overseas destinations including Southeast Asia, Latin America, Middle East, and non-EU European countries.

2. 合同服务期限 / Contract Service Period

本次项目合同期限为1年，自2027年1月1日起至2027年12月31日止（具体起止时间以双方签订的正式合同为准）。

The contract term for this project is 1 year, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027 (the specific start and end dates shall be subject to the formal contract signed by both parties).

3. 预计业务量 / Estimated Business Volume

本项目预计年度业务量如下：本地陆运约547车/年，跨境陆运约458车/年，跨境海运约259柜/年（具体以实际业务发生量为准）。

The estimated annual business volume for this project is as follows: approximately 547 truckloads/year for local land transport, 458 truckloads/year for cross-border road transport, and 259 containers/year for cross-border ocean freight (subject to actual business volume).

4. 评标计分规则 / Evaluation Rules

服务标、价格标分别按100分满分独立打分，最终综合总分=服务得分×40%+价格得分×60%；服务分低于60分直接淘汰。

The Service Proposal and Commercial Proposal will each be evaluated independently on a maximum score of 100 points. The final combined score will be calculated as follows: Service Score × 40% + Commercial Score × 60%. Bidders obtaining a Service Score below 60 points will be disqualified and will not proceed to the final evaluation.

5. 投标规则 / Bidding Rules

请供应商根据自身能力，欢迎投报全部业务类型，但同时需要按照投标的业务类型提供相应资质证明材料。

Suppliers are welcome to bid for all business types according to their capabilities, but must provide corresponding qualification proof materials according to the business types they bid for.

各**方可选择参与多个标段及多个业务类型；各标段之间不存在排他关系，参与也不作强制要求。**方需在提交报名资料时，明确写明拟参与的业务类型。

Bidders may choose to participate in multiple bid sections and multiple business types. There is no exclusivity between bid sections, and participation is not mandatory. Bidders must clearly specify the intended business types when submitting registration materials.

6. 其他需求 / Other Requirements

本项目相关未尽事宜，均以美的国际物流服务协议条款为准。

For matters not covered in this project, the terms of Midea International Logistics Service Agreement shall prevail.
