The quoted price must remain valid until 17:00 on September 23th, 2026 Beijing time.

If the final freight rate fails to meet the receiver's target, we reserve the right to notify the relevant parties before the expiry date and shall not bear any liability.

Specific loading and unloading conditions are detailed in the attachment. Our company reserves the right to modify nonkey clauses during subsequent contract negotiations.

Loading laycan: October-December, 2026 (1 shipment in October, 1 shipment in November, 1 shipment in December, SPECIFIC LAYCAN OF EACH SHIPMENT SHALL BE MUTUALLY AGREED BY THE TWO PARTIES)
Quantity: 3 shipments, each 40,000MT+/- 10%, qty of each shipment as per owners option

Discharging port: TEMA, GHANA (Draft and port restrictions to be checked by owners)
Loading rate: 18,000MT PWWD SHINC

Discharging rate: 6,000MT PWWD SHINC by vessel’s cranes and grabs.

Qualifications for bidding shipowners (all of the following must be met):

1. Must be able to provide valid tax payment certificates upon request;

2. Have operational experience in the consolidation of clinker and other cargo to West Africa within the past six months;
