Our company, SNF (China) Flocculant Co., Ltd., is the first wholly-owned subsidiary established by SNF Company in Taixing Economic Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, China in 1998. It has 1,200 employees. The main product is polyacrylamide. To standardize product transportation and improve service levels, and to reduce transportation costs, we have decided to implement an invitation-based competitive bidding for domestic road ordinary goods transportation business according to the actual transportation needs of the group. We kindly request logistics companies interested in participating in this bidding to provide relevant qualifications for our initial review and selection. We will keep your qualification materials confidential.

1 ， 运输货物：普**工品货物运输，不限于聚丙烯酰胺。

Transportation of goods: Transportation of general chemical products, not limited to polyacrylamide.

2， 运输方式：汽车公路运输。

Mode of transportation: Road transportation by truck.

Total transportation volume: The annual total transportation volume of SNF (China) Flocculant Co., Ltd. is approximately 170,000 tons. The transportation volume in this bidding is approximately 60,000 tons.

4， 运输标的说明：本次招标标的为普非危险品化工品，重量：1吨/托盘， 但不限于1吨/托。包装样本如下：

5， 车型要求：适合装运具体产品的国五及以上车辆。

5. Vehicle Requirements: Vehicles with emission standards of Grade 5 or higher that are suitable for transporting specific products.

三， 资格审查证明文件Qualification Review Certification Documents

(1) 营业执照复印件 Business Licence；

(2) 组织机构代码证复印件Copy of the Organization Code Certificate；

(3) 有效的道路运输经营许可证复印件Copy of valid road transportation operation license；

(4) 税务登记证复印件（如果有就提供）Copy of the tax registration certificate (if available, please provide it)；

(5) 有效的保险合同文件（或保单）复印件 Copies of valid insurance contract documents (or policies)；

(6) 全权代表身份证复印件Copy of the full power of attorney ID card；

(7) 投标人企业介绍材料。含近三年普货运输主要业绩（文字描****点击查看公司出具的财务报表）。

Bidder's enterprise introduction materials. Include the main performance in general cargo transportation over the past three years (described in text and accompanied by financial statements issued by a third-party auditing company).

(8) 全部车辆行驶证复印件（挂靠车辆需附挂靠合同）。

Copies of all vehicle registration certificates (for vehicles under lease, the lease contract should also be attached).

(9) 有无化工品运输经验， 如果有， 请提供相关依据。
